We are looking for a Data Warehouse Architect who will work closely with the team members in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Engineering with our internal and external customers.

Business Intelligence Data Analyst will be responsible for building out an effective Proof of Concept and implementing a company-wide Business Intelligence strategy. This role is hands-on to start, where you as a subject matter expert will be responsible for offering guidance and support to our business units to maximize the impact of the insights gained.

Reporting to the Manager, Business Information Management (BIM), this role is responsible for managing data strategy and business information across the Customer Assistance (CA) data domain.

As a project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and working on almost all aspects of our projects: from requirements gathering to quality control. You will have to liaise with clients externally and coordinate internally with our data analytic, design and implementation teams.
